• Every volunteer MUST be 18 or over to volunteer.
  • Each person must register separately and cannot register anyone else.
  • DO NOT use the same email address for multiple volunteers. Our system will not accept more than one registration with the same email.  
  • Every volunteer needs a ticket (printed or on their phone) with their name on it to enter the concert.
  • If the show you volunteer for is on a Thursday or Friday, the volunteers must arrive at 5 PM.  If the show is on Saturday or Sunday, volunteers must arrive at 4 PM.

  1. Complete the registration form below. (Please be sure to not use one email address for multiple registrations.)
  2. After you complete the form, you will be presented with information to be printed and used as your ticket into the event. 
  3. Once your registration is accepted, you will also receive a confirmation email from volunteers@thrivingchildrenadvocates.com.  Be sure to keep an eye out and check your spam/junk/promotions folder for our email.
  4. Two weeks before the show, you will get an email with a link for ticket and entry information.  You must print the information in this email or have the email on your phone and bring it to the show with you!
